About Hayley Hartner

One of Hayley’s most cherished successes is co-founding Cassaia Studio, a high-end interior design firm offering luxury modern furniture in the Washington, D.C. area. When Hayley is not selling Real Estate, she manages the showroom at her studio.

Hayley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Dallas, and offers ten years of expertise and knowledge in the interior design industry. In Dallas, Hayley worked professionally with an architectural firm, affording her the additional technical experience necessary for overseeing design projects from the schematic phase through final construction. Over the years, Hayley has met with great success designing projects in California, Texas, New York, and Miami.

These dual roles foster Hayley’s passion and extensive knowledge of the residential market. With an eye to identify unique features or the know-how required to turn a property with potential into a desirable home, she excels in using her experience in Interior Design to help guide her real estate clients as they prepare to sell or buy a home.

Hailing from Texas, Hayley has lived in the Washington, D.C. area for over five years. Residing in many areas from Virginia to Maryland has helped her understand the unique culture, customs, and market conditions of each region.

Outside of the office, Hayley can be found spending time with family, traveling in search of history and architectural inspiration, trying new restaurants, and finding new adventures throughout the DC area. In addition, she is passionate about animals and helping through charitable work in any capacity.
